Kishore Sagar Talab is a beautiful man-made lake in Kota city of Rajasthan. It was built by the Prince of Bundi in the 14th century.
In the 17th century a Palace, which came to be known as Jag Mandir was also made at the center of the lake. As the then princess was not able to bear the hot weather of Rajasthan.
Jag Mandir Palace is an excellent piece of art that is still standing tall from almost 4 centuries inside the water.
The lake is located very near to the main city which makes it fairly easy to reach here.
